Licentra uses Okta as a security intermediary.
Access to Licentra and its extensions is strictly limited to users with a valid Okta account. Okta is the platform’s identity and access management system, responsible for authenticating users by generating secure access tokens. This ensures that only authorized users can enter the main application view and access Licentra’s resources, reinforcing data security and access control.

In its user interface, under the welcome section, Licentra provides a clear and accessible overview of its core functionalities. The application includes five primary modules, accessible from the main menu, which serves as the entry point for exploring essential features. This menu also allows users to intuitively navigate to related modules, extending the tool’s functionality based on user needs.
